History
Each city has, instead of a mayor, an Maestro. Not only does each Maestro govern his or her perspective city, they also meet once every year to rule the republic of Rogwel by commity, which is lead by Putaten, the Master of Maestro. Before this form of government, there were 200 years of corrupt monarchy which lead to an uprising in the population.
Stuff
The city runs on technology which was based on the technology of the Poms. It is know to outsiders as the 'Red Iron Nation'.
