Fuse
OBJECT
A component for generating electrical power with machinery, fuses are often collected in order to repair fuse boxes and activate equipment.

A fuse contains a narrow strip of metal designed to safely melt ("trip") when the electrical current flowing through exceeds a rated value.  A fuse can only trip once before it needs replacing.  A breaker is similar in function to a fuse, but more complex and versatile in use.
