Alfonso Azpiri is a comic book and cover artist who rose to prominence in Spain in the 80s and 90s. His involvement with gaming led to some of his comic book properties being adapted into videogames, including Mot and Lorna. Azpiri's art remains well known and recognized among Spanish gaming fans. Most recently, Azpiri designed a Spanish-exclusive limited run cover for Dark Souls II.
