Barnes voiced Spidey for all five seasons of the Fox series Spider-Man: The Animated Series, which ran between 1994 and 1998 and is thus the longest-running TV-series based on the wall-crawler, why his voice is tightly associated with the character.   Barnes returned to the Spider-Man franchise in 2010 as the voice of the Noir-universe version of Spider-Man in Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions.
