Dallas Snell is a former NCSoft employee and went on to form Portalarium, Inc in September 2009.
==Background == Dallas Snell researched psychology and sociology for 10 years, mapping the habits of human happiness. He then went on to design educational products and games on his Apple II for Penguin Software in the early 80s. He has managed teams well into the hundreds at places such as ORIGIN Systems, Electronic Arts (Company), and Electronic Arts (Company) NCsoft where he was the Director of Business Development .
