Overview
Lia Montelongo first appeared in the Mortal Kombat (Franchise) franchise as Sindel (Character) in Mortal Kombat 3 (Game), and, subsequently, Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 (Game) & Mortal Kombat Trilogy (Game). She was only 19 years old at the time. She then appeared in Mortal Kombat Mythologies: Sub-Zero as Sareena (Character), one of Quan Chi (Character)'s personal assassins. Although Mortal Kombat 4 (Game) did not use digitized graphics, the new character of Tanya (Character) was modeled after Lia and she performed the motion capture for the character as well.
