She encourages people to express creativity and enables ownership to the teams. Her experience at Activision (Company), LucasArts, and Electronic Arts (Company) served as a launching pad when she decided to join Maxis after it was acquired by EA in 1997. She originally began working on SimCity 3000 (Game) and then worked on The Sims (Franchise), SimCity 4 (Game) and The Sims 2. She also worked hand in hand with Will Wright on Spore (Game) as Vice President of Production.
