Noriyoshi Ooba
Japanese game designer, director and producer. Formerly the president of the Sega studio Overworks, also known as Sega AM7 or Team Shinobi, until it was merged and became Sega Wow. He is currently working at Premium Agency with other former Sega designers.
Overview
His development studio Overworks (Company) has been credited for much of Sega (Company)'s success in the 16-bit console market. He was responsible for creating the Shinobi (Franchise) series of hack & slash platformers, the Streets of Rage (Franchise) trilogy of beat 'em up brawlers, the Sakura Wars series of VN-strategy-RPG titles, and the Skies of Arcadia (Franchise) role-playing game.
