Yann Le Tensorer
PERSON
Yann Le Tensorer is a video game producer and consultant, who previously worked as a programmer. Most of his career has been spent working for, or with, Ubisoft.

Yann started making video games in the early 80s, when he was 11 years old. After studying maths and computer science, he was hired by Ubisoft in 1994 as a lead programmer to work on Rayman (Character), Rayman 2 and at the same time producing some of the key engines and technologies for Ubisoft. In 2000 he founded his own studio, Tiwak, together with 6 co-founders, most of them from the Rayman 2 Team. Tiwak was sold to Ubisoft in 2004 and Yann stayed on as studio head to produce the "Yeti" game engine used in Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter and Beowulf.

In 2008 Yann left Ubisoft to start his own company again, this time providing consultancy for video games studios worldwide.
