CONCEPT

The player goes to an ordinary, seemingly benevolent small town, only to find that there are some very strange things afoot there...

The town doesn't need to be a a town though. It could be a colony on some distant planet, a space station, a small settlement in some dystopian future, or any other secluded place.  It could be the whole concept for the game or only a small portion.  The cause of the mysterious events can range from supernatural, magical, science gone wrong, or even just political/philosophical.
