Effects
The Gray Cowl of Nocturnal is a cursed mask where the wearer is seen as the Gray Fox. It is said that the mask has the power of making anyone who wears it forget where they came across the mask or how they got it. This was a useful tactic for the original Gray Fox which was made to keep his identity forever secret. The cowl has other power such as the ability to detect life, the has more sneak, and to be able to carry much more weight that before. Anyone seen wearing the cowl by the guard is instantly chased down because of the high amount of bounty associated with the Gray Fox.
