Overview

Battle Chess 4000 is a comedic sci-fi digital chess game developed and published by Interplay for DOS PCs in 1992.

The third and final installment of the original Battle Chess (Franchise) trilogy, Battle Chess 4000 combines the traditional chess style of the original Battle Chess (Game) with a new sci-fi setting and claymation art style.

It later received a digital re-release for modern PC (Platform), Mac (Platform), and Linux (Platform) computers on October 13, 2021.
